Purpose of Use

Property to be used solely for the specified purpose and not for any illegal/immoral activities.

No Sub-letting

Tenant shall not sub-let, assign, or part with possession without landlord’s written consent.

Premises shall not be used for any illegal, immoral, or objectionable purposes.

No hazardous, inflammable, or explosive materials to be stored on premises.

Society/Building Rules

Tenant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the society/building association.

Maintain Good Condition

Tenant shall keep the premises in good and tenantable condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

Minor Repairs by Tenant

Major Repairs by Landlord

Major structural repairs and replacement of fixtures to be borne by landlord.

Report Damage

Tenant shall promptly report any damage or required repairs to the landlord.

Inspection Rights

Landlord may inspect the property with prior notice during reasonable hours.

Notice Period

Either party may terminate with written notice as per the agreed notice period.

Lock-in Period

Neither party shall terminate during the lock-in period except by mutual consent.

Peaceful Vacation

Upon termination, tenant shall peacefully vacate and hand over possession with all keys.
