1. Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital purchase via:
- Instant Download: A download link will be provided on the “Order Confirmation” page.
- Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing the download link or license key will be sent to your registered email address immediately.
- Account Dashboard: If you created an account, your purchased templates and apps will be available in your “Downloads” or “Orders” section for future access.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Ready-made Templates & Apps: Delivery is instantaneous (usually within seconds of payment completion).
- Custom Online Services: For custom web development or specialized services, delivery timelines are project-specific and will be agreed upon in your service contract or via email communication.
3. Regions Covered
Our digital products are available globally. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can purchase and download our assets from any location.
4. Technical Issues & Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, please check the following:
- Your Spam/Junk folder.
- The accuracy of the email address provided at checkout.
- Your payment status (ensure the transaction was successful).
If the link is still missing, contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID, and we will manually re-send your files within 24 hours.
5. Return & Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital products (which are non-returnable once downloaded), we generally do not offer refunds. However:
- Replacements: If a file is corrupted or a link is broken, we will provide a fresh, working version of the product.
- Errors: If you received the wrong file, please contact us immediately for a correction.
6. No Shipping Fees
Since all delivery is handled digitally, eSparx does not charge any shipping or handling fees.
